Cooking With Protein Tip # 2
Also keep in mind that all protein powders have different nutritional values, so the nutritional content will vary from my recipe to yours depending on the protein used. I break down the nutritional value as a guide only, not to be taken as gospel.
Finally, another thing to note is that not all protein tastes the same. Some are sweeter, some are blander. So if you use a protein powder that is not particularly sweet, you may want to consider adding few tbsp of artificial sweetener, such as Splenda, to your mixture to reach the desired sweetness. Although you and I may make the same treats using the exact same recipe, the end result can be different because of the flavour of the protein used.
